I spend most of my days changing diapers and training kids, but amidst the in between moments…
A person can never be just one thing. We are never just a mom or just an accountant, or just a doctor, or just a sister or just…one thing. People are so complex that if you take the time to actually get to know someone, you might find yourself surprised at how many people that single person embodies. I love to decorate my home and make it an interesting and beautiful piece of art. (Interior decorator) I love to work out and know that am taking care of my body. (Fitness instructor) I love to cook interesting and healthy foods to nourish my family. (Chef) I love to find new places to travel to. (Adventurer) I love my Heavenly Father. (Daughter in Christ) I love flying. I love the beach. I love the color green. I love hugging my one year old and him hugging me back. Nobody is just one thing.

I am a stay-at-home mother with three boys four and under and I started to get an itch to do…I don’t know, something! Don’t get me wrong, mothering is an around the clock job. But I wanted something different to put my time and effort into. With much brainstorming and deep introspection, I finally landed on a blog. With every word written and every post published it’s my desire that other women can get encouragement that no matter whatever season of life you are in, you can still find perspective and hope and not forget who you are or what you are capable of doing.
